Your Mission

You will take the lead on driving player engagement and long-term retention through smart, data-informed LiveOps strategies for Million Lords.

As LiveOps Director, you will:

  • Optimize player engagement and monetization through impactful live design
  • Design and improve live features and tools, pushing forward our LiveOps capabilities
  • Plan and execute the LiveOps calendar, delivering meaningful and timely in-game content
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond in real time, adjusting to player behavior and KPIs
  • Collaborate across departments : game design, tech, product, community, and marketing to ensure aligned goals and seamless execution

You will play a key role in shaping the future of Million Lords by making LiveOps a central pillar of our growth strategy.

        Your Profile

          You have:

          • 10+ years of experience in mobile Free-to-Play games (core games preferred)
          • A strong background in live systems design and event-based content loops
          • Solid experience building and improving internal tooling and pipelines
          • Expertise in economy balancing and event scheduling
          • Strong analytical skills, you’re comfortable working with data to iterate and improve
          • A collaborative mindset and proven leadership experience, capable of uniting cross-functional teams toward a common LiveOps vision

          You’re both strategic and hands-on, equally comfortable designing systems, analyzing performance, and jumping into tools to make things happen.
