Your Mission

As our Growth Lead, your mission is to support the ambitious expansion of Million Lords by improving UA performance. You will play a strategic role in shaping our UA roadmap, working at the intersection of User Acquisition, Business Intelligence, and Creative teams. You will become the data power-user and technical backbone of our UA team, rethinking, testing, and optimizing UA operations.

You will:

  • Lead the data-driven UA strategy, exploring new methods and technologies to improve performance
  • Optimize MMP & Networks setups, maximizing signal quality and campaign efficiency
  • Challenge budget allocation logic, bringing critical thinking and analytical depth to testing processes (creatives, networks, campaign types) and campaign optimization (engagement, retargeting, BAU)
  • Identify and evaluate tools and channels, ensuring we are always one step ahead
  • Leverage third-party data sources and predictive modeling, enabling fast, data-driven decisions
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses, collaborating with business intelligence and tech profiles to identify growth levers
  • Lead campaign automation, streamlining and enhancing efficiency
  • Mentor team members, fostering their professional growth

You’ll work closely with marketing, business intelligence, and creative teams, and be a strong partner to leadership in defining what UA should look like for a fast-scaling mobile game.

      Your profile

        You have:

        • 5+ years of experience in Growth Engineering and Performance Marketing in the mobile industry
        • Deep knowledge of UA platforms, tools, frameworks, and MMPs
        • Strong analytical mindset, with critical thinking and a habit of questioning the status quo
        • Ability to mentor and guide team members, and grow others through feedback and collaboration
        • Tech-friendly and experimental approach, you are comfortable exploring tools, APIs, or models to gain an edge
        • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with high ownership and autonomy
        • Fluent in English, knowledge of French is a plus
