What's the difference between buying in game and on this Shop
Buying from the webshop offers more sapphires for the same price as in-game.
How does it work?
Before you can buy sapphires, the shop requires you to enter your player ID (PID – see next FAQ question) and sends your sapphires directly in-game to your mailbox
What is my player-ID and where do I find it?
Your Player ID (PID) is your unique in-game identification code. Your PID can be found in-game through the settings panel.
Press the settings panel button
Then press the icon next to your PID to copy it to your device’s clipboard. You can then paste it into the webshop page
If done correctly your player name should appear top right in the webshop’s interface
When do I receive my purchase?
Once the purchase is confirmed on the website, 3 to 5 minutes later, you will receive the sapphires through your in-game mailbox.
If you encounter any issues, please get in touch with the webshop’s support (link at the bottom of the webshop page).
You will also receive an email confirmation for every completed purchase.
What is the daily reward?
The daily reward is a sapphire pack you can collect each day, this rewards will amount to 100 sapphires from launch until the 18th of February as an exclusive launch bonus, before being set back to 25 sapphires from then onwards.
Can I use promo codes in the webshop?
Yes in the dedicated field on the website. ⚠️ Keep in mind the webshop has its own unique promo codes which are different from promo codes you can use in-game.
Each time we share promo codes for the webshop it will be emphasized they can only be used on the webshop’s website.
